Volunteer with geelong rainbow

Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do at Geelong Rainbow. From helping at community events and pride celebrations, to supporting behind‑the‑scenes planning, logistics and outreach, our volunteers play a vital role in creating safe, inclusive and joyful spaces for LGBTIQA+ people across Greater Geelong.

Volunteering with Geelong Rainbow is a chance to give back to community, meet like‑minded people, build skills, and be part of something that genuinely makes a difference. Whether you have a few hours to spare from time to time, or you’re keen to get more involved, we value all contributions and work to match people with roles that suit their interests, capacity and experience.

No previous experience is required, just a commitment to respect, inclusion and community care. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
